Went to the store at 11 AM to get a Sim card for a phone. Owner could not accommodate because apparently he lost the key for the store and it takes an hour to come online. Owner was rude and wouldn't consider my request.

Our customer service was excellent. Bekah, our agent was an EXCELLENT helper! She was able to get my husband to get a smart phone when he was insistent that he was not going to get one! He was back in the old days of the flip phone and insisting on trying to get one of those again but changed his mind after talking with her. We would gladly keep going to this store, especially if Bekah was there to help us again. Way to go Bekah!

This is the worse cell company on the planet. Have been with them since they bought out Element Mobile. Just renewed contract and completely got scammed by Rep in store, was told to call customer retention..i did. Call center guys were of no help. Was told I could write a letter or have a supervisor call me back the next day. I chose a call back, which never came. Makes me sick to know I have been with this company YEARS only to be treated worse than dirt. If I could rate it a -10 I would.

Didn't transfer most of my programs or any of my photos that I paid them to do after buying a new phone. Didn't even tell me there would be a charge for it.

Although I did not get my goal accomplished at the office after driving 42 miles however somebody contacting me by phone before I got home and everything was straightened out so I'll have to give it 5 stars
