I bought head set adapter worked about 5 seconds then died, charged$ 19.95 , back $9.99, scamer never do business with this place again

We were immediately greeted by the associate Levi. He asked to start by viewing my bill. He then proceeded to fix it from the previous associate (fired) whom had been overcharging me for better commission. Then, Levi helped us save even MORE money by finding the best trade in deal he could.We felt like valued customers, not just another paycheck. I would gladly recommend this store with it's current staff to anybody looking for a phone contract. The store itself is clean and well organized.
