Everything is generally great. My issue is maybe updating your hours online. I work early & I needed to stop as it was on my way. It’s not open at 5AM. Google says it is, but it’s really not.

We were there doing laundry and of course none of the machines actually worked right. After complaining that the washer did not spin out the clerk came over to "help".... so of course we pulled our clothes out to put in a different machine and the lady who worked there freakes out. Calls my mother names says if we get anymore water on the floor she'll kick us out. She walkes away and comes back with a friend who is now smoking in the laundromat and we are sitting down and this point. There both standing directly in front of us yelling. My mother stood up and said you will not yell at us like that. Then the lady who works there (AND STILL WORKS THERE) CALLED MY MOTHER A FAT BI*CH. we called the cops and filled a police report. The next day I called the owner and the next day (he never called me back). Then over a week later he called me and I told him about the incident. He was incredibly rude and when I told him ill be filing a report with a bbb he told me to F*** OFF. REAL NICE COMPANY. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUISNESS????

Just had the worst experience at this gas station. My husband or I go in there at least daily!! The cashier tonight I have never seen before but she h the rudest attitude I've ever experienced being a customer, anywhere. I will now drive the additional mile to get to the new Kwik Trip!!! You just lost a lot of business!!!

Very poor service. Every single time I go in here there is a 5 minute waiting time even if there is no other customers in the store. The employees are always talking to each other. Or doing something else unimportant that does not include servicing the customers.

It is 6:30pm. June 3rd. Just went to this place on 17th Ave so. WR. A tall fuzzy haired guy waited on me. He took his time stacking the cigarettes and then first turned towards me. I wanted to purchase cigarettes. He said in a VERY sassy aggressive voice,. "I need your ID". I said excuse me ? (I am 63 and gray!). He said pointing to the door, "can't you read? It says on the door ID required.". I was so humiliated at his manner towards me I left without purchasing anything. AND I will drive 10 miles before I get treated like that again. I told ppl in the parking lot what he did and everyone was aghast ! No more bread n butter. Stop hiring low life that doesn't know how to treat customers.

Seems like the only people they hire here are hicks or inbred rednecks. Poor service and the lady that works there are always outside smoking half the time. I'll go by to do laundry but never to buy anything in there again. Went in to buy some smokes and upon getting my cigarettes, the lady behind the counter didn't even tell my my total and just waited until I paid. Wisconsin Rapids is a nice town. It's sad to see people like this poison the community.

I have witnessed an employee at the Baltus Bread and butter shop on 17th in Wisconsin Rapids scream at and insult customers in the laundry mat, instead of pulling them aside and talking to them about what they were doing wrong and needing to control their kids. The woman was of ethnic (Hmong) and I assumed she didn't understand. This employee went psychotic on the woman by screaming at her and telling her to get her cloths out of the dryers and get out and not return. This is not how to handle a situation in any establishment. This same person has gossiped about customers to other costumers about personal information. This has happened to me as well as several others. This is not how you treat loyal customers of over 10 years. I personally will not return to that particular store, but the BP station on West Grand is excellent, always friendly and treat customers wire respect.
