DO NOT BANK HERE, and do NOT use the ATM. I will be closing my account asap! I have been using banks for over 20 years, and never have I had an ATM basically rob me twice within a year and a half. The first incident, the atm never dispensed my money. I had to make a claim and wait 7-10 business days. Fast forward to this week, I go to the ATM to withdraw some money and the atm is telling me to remove my cash, there is no cash there to be removed. The screen automatically goes to ATM is unavailable right now and prints me out a receipt saying transaction was cancelled. I logged into my account and the money was still withdrawn but the transaction was cancelled. At any other establishment when you use your card, and your transaction is canceled nothing is ever pulled out of your account. I called the bank manager Ryan to explain this was the 2nd time this happened. He goes on to apologize and tell me another claim has to be made and that he would be on top of it and give me a call back. Here we are 3 days later and no call back. I called yesterday, and he was given a message to call me back and still no call. The process to get your own money back is ridiculous. I called the corporate number and made a service call for that ATM. My other complaints with BMO is that they won’t let you spend your own money. My husband went into the bank to ask why he couldn’t link his account to invest in some stocks or crypto. Their response was it is too volatile. That is not for you to decide, this is his (your customers) money. He should be able to do what he wants with HIS money. My husband also has said the elderly lady that works there has been rude to him numerous times, he states she talks to him like trash. I know this isn’t a first complaint about her. I have seen it in local forums and others reviews numerous times. Personally, I have never had a problem with her but she needs to work on her customer service. My last issue with BMO is when you have a deposit coming in on a Saturday. Bmo won’t process it until their normal business hours. Most banks are open on a Saturday, but of course except for this one. Save yourself the headache and find another bank. I know we are looking at other financial institutions now so we can close our acct. asap!!!

Unfriendly service... At times... Just a very boring little branch bank that will not survive. Much better places in town to park your money!

Expect a 15-20 minute wait if you are using the drive thru. Staff is very nice but the drive thru is very slow.
