We had a large amount in our Perks card which would not work at the pump. We were told to pay for it inside and it would work. It did not. We sat there for 25-30 min trying to get our perks card to go through. The clerk said the internet was not very good and eventually it would go through. We had a significant amount on our card and would not want to walk away. It eventually went through but we wasted a lot of time! Lately BP has been higher price so the savings on the card is not as significant.

The owners change the price of items I get when at the register. It's only 20 cents or so at a time. The regular employees do not do this. I am a daily customer, that adds up. Who knows how many times a day this happens. The item rings up as posted by the product, then they raise the price as a taxable item. About to lose my business

Buyer beware!! This gas station double charged my son for gas (knowingly) and said he “couldn’t help” unless his financial didn’t give him the money back, then he’d have to come back with his statement the next day and the attendant said at that point, he would give him double the refund. ?We immediately called to dispute the double charge and even the gal with card services said it looked fishy. When I came back to the gas station, with card service on the phone and even showed him we could see it was double charged on the banking app, he admitted to the double charge. So frustrating.This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this place making less than honest or sketchy transactions. Stear clear of this place.Note to self: GET A RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE YOUR CHARGES ARE CORRECT.

Went here tried to use my perks card at the pump my transactions were denied twice. So I tried a third time like ok I will just try inside. While I wait for clerk approval for the pump I’m standing at he walks out for soda for himself out of his trunk. This guy has been rude to many of my friends but I never really had an issue. He walks out and doesn’t even say a word about why the service is being denied. I won’t be going back. I’ve had it with terrible customer service.
