I recently purchased a Giant Contend road bike from Bring’s and had a great experience working with Jenny. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. This was the second Giant bike I’ve purchased at Bring’s Cycling & Fitness, and I highly recommend this store to all. Whether buying a bike or shopping for accessories, you’re sure to be pleased by the expansive selection of quality options.

I was so surprised to see that Brings still have the shop. So many fond memories of that place in 1975. I was 10 y.o. and spent many days with there daughter riding bikes in the warehouse. We moved to In. and didn't stay in touch. Memories are the greatest. I got a shinny red 3 speed for my 12th birthday. It was always my drea.. wished I still had it ?

I bought a Townie there 5 years ago and love it! I stopped in today to get one for my husband because it's always referred to as "the good bike" in our house. It's time he finally has a good bike too! Thank you, Brings, for having so much inventory to choose from and try out. And so many great accessories! Love my phone holder and cooler too!

Make the trip up to point if you want nice staff members and reasonable prices. If you do however want rude staff and outrageous prices just shop at brings. The mechs did a good job but were very rude at the same time. I called asking if I would need to take my whole bike in for a wheel repair. The person on the phone said that it would be fine for me to bring in only the wheel but I would need to reposition my brake caliper. When I took my wheel in for the repair the bike mech angrily said that I should have brought my whole bike in. Not only are the employees rude, but the prices are outrageous for not only the products but for the repairs as well. I took my bike in for a weird noise in the bottom bracket and the person who rang me up charged 40 dollars to squirt a little grease and reinstall the bottom bracket. The products are also outrageously priced. When looking at a pair of Bontrager gloves which retail for $30 they were priced at $60.

Amazing bike shop with a friendly and helpful staff. I have bought multiple bicycles and various accessories over the years from Bring's. Have also had repair work and maintenance done as well.

Went there to get a brake setup for my freestyle bike and was shown a “universal brake kit” which I had purchased under the assumption it would fit on my Sunday, because I was leery about it at first, but the young man behind the counter assured me that it would fit. Well, he was wrong. And now I have a brake kit that doesn’t only not fit the bike I was purchasing it for, but as well as my other bike.. Sad Day.
