Connexus Credit Union provides outstanding service and customer attention. The staff at the Wisconsin Rapids branch are knowledgeable, friendly, competent, and polite. They use your name and make you feel known. The process is simple, with transactions handled promptly when needed. Problems are resolved in a very timely manner, often within minutes. The walk-in office offers prompt, courteous service in an appealing facility. This is wonderful local banking at its best, highly recommended.
I think Connexus is great! They always handle every transaction I need when I need it. The staff are competent and polite. I have no reason to have an account anywhere else.

I live in MN. The MN Connexus branch is in Brooklyn Center. I also spend time in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, where is also a Connexus CU branch. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff are the friendliest!!! Knowing who I am in the drive thru before I even give my info out just blows my mind. I love this place!
