“He diagnosed my computers problem after I told him my USBs and displays were no longer working/being detected. He figured out it was a motherboard issue very fast!He did a motherboard swap for me, which I'm very thankful for because swapping out the motherboard is kind of annoying! It was all done very fast and for a great price too, very reasonable!Thank you so much! Glad to have my beloved computer back!!!Small note too: He told me I might need to reactivate Windows but it was all good and Windows was still active when I got home, it just wanted me to authenticate my e-mail again to check for my license. Just adding that in if anyone has a similar issue to me (motherboard swap) and you're on Windows 11 (you do not need your license key, just make sure you remember your Microsoft account!)”

My wife was having trouble with her lap top ( other places said up to $800.oo for repair) Dylan looked at it 1n 5 min. he had it fixed no charge. So nice to see real customer service for a change.”
