I am out of state, and I had problems with a clutch on a CFORCE atv. We purchased a clutch and installed it ourselves and had problems with it. It was 4th July weekend, and they were busy. I dropped it off and was going to be back in town in about 2 weeks.They called me back and said they fixed it. It was a problem with my part. They also told me I had a cv going bad, which I knew. I asked them the price and how long to get the part. So I had them order the part.Meanwhile, I took my atv home and used it. They received the part before I headed home, so I took it back, and they replaced it.Prices were reasonable, and they worked it in and worked with my time schedule. The service department was great and friendly. I would recommend and use them again.Thanks a lot for your help.Ted S. from Indiana.

Love this place and the staff.. Actually 20+ yrs ago I bought my Arctic Cat snowmobile.. Still runs great ..no problems.. we are currently looking for a new UTV.

I tried calling first but no one answered. When we got there they were unwilling to get off of their cell phones long enough to make a sale. We walked in, had to get near the desk in the corner before he acknowledged us. Not looking up from his phone to do so. The other guy was at the other counter toward the back, also on his phone. Then when we asked if he had any kids bikes in stock, my son's 5. The guy not getting up from his chair, said he wouldn't be able to sell us anything for a 5 year old. My son rides!! Kids ride. If you don't have something in stock, fine, say that! Offer to help us order something, or let's us know if or when you will get something. I wanted to get my son a new bike, with a warranty and the gear he needed for his birthday, TODAY. Instead, we were obviously inconvenienceing them with our presence.

Long story short. I paid for the vehicle which included dealer setup fees that were not complete. I didn't realize until I got the machine home because I showed up late on a Friday (shame on me) to pick the machine up. They had about a week to set the machine up, should be ample time.Found the machine hadn't been greased, and the mirrors were not installed. There were missing brackets when I pulled the mirrors out from under the seat. Neither of these things were a huge problem, and I wouldn't care if I hadn't paid for dealer prep fees. I have the tools and means to take a machine home in a crate and complete a PDI myself but...Shout out to Jacob, the salesperson I was working with, he did a great job and was super helpful. Giving them 4 stars because of his efforts, and because I think this was probably a 1-off event.

The saying “even a broken clock is right twice a day” doesn’t apply here. What a disappointing place with lackluster help at best. We miss Liske Marine in Medford so much….

They tried to Help at first, I drove 150 miles after We agreed on a OTD Price the day before, Got there and the Machine was still in the crate Not assembled, So I agreed to take a different machine, which I was ok with... Which did cost me $275 more.. I was ok with that, I got the color we wanted... Then Called a few days later to Cancel my extended Warranty,, was told they have to pro rate it, and not getting the full amount back... $350 less then I was charged for it... And in the Contract, I have 30 days to cancel with a full refund...... Maybe this will get resolved... They did resolve this in a timely matter, So we were taken care of.... They were good about getting back to me right away...

How can a Gravely dealer have such disregard for a customer! I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessionalism and lack of follow through from management with complaints and issues on a brand new unit in my life. I do NOT recommend buying from Country Sports in WI Rapids to anyone..
