I have to use CVS for insurance purposes, and this is the closest one. I called them ahead of time and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I go through the drive-through and they tell me it will be ready in a half an hour. I come back 45 minutes later. My prescription is not ready. My husband insisted on walking up to the counter, they had it ready for them immediately after telling me they didn't have it in the drive-through

Worst customer service. Most, not all of the employees in the pharmacy are extremely rude and condescending. They treat you like you are and incovince to them. If I didn't have to fill my meds here for insurance reasons I wouldn't step foot in CVS. 1 star is too much. Someone needs to remind them that without customers filling prescriptions they have no job. Also we can hear you talking bad about customers when you are behind the ckunter, try and have a little respect.

The woman working the drive thru tonight was so rude! Screaming at me! I then went inside and got my prescription within 5 minutes. The main person Jess was great but the one with brown hair and glasses was rude and shouldn't be working with people.

Terrible store coupled with terrible service! Figured it would be easy to go in, grab a few odds and ends and get out- should have just gone down to Walmart and stood in line at the checkout there. The store is laid out terribly with these half-height shelves, making the place look like a maze built for kids at the carnival. Finding anything is far more arduous than it should be- I can't stress this enough, the things they've paired up in aisles defies all sense. After that, it took their three employees ages to check out a short line of customers, stopping each of us three times during checkout to badger us about coupons, and "extra" sales items. I get it, they want to drive extra sales, but upsetting and delaying a line of people is not the way to do it. The cherry on top is that the gift card I purchased wasn't activated properly- so I wasted $25 here. I have come to find out this is a pretty common problem, so much so people I know in Rapids avoid buying gift cards (or much of anything really) from CVS at all. I called CVS to resolve the gift card issue, and they directed me to a corporate phone number where I left a message 2 days ago. I don't expect to hear back from them, they've got my money and it's pretty clear that's all they care about. I learned my lesson, never ever shop at CVS!
