Called to ask about a Peace Lilly plant and I got transferred to a guy and I asked him if they had any there and the prices for that particular flower. He was instantly annoyed despite my best effort to explain what I was looking for and he just said....Well im not the plant guy so i'm sorry and he went silent so I finally said ohhh ok well could you be so kind to find the person who does the plants for me please I would appreciate it? Again another sigh as if I was asking him to run a marathon. He put me on hold then picked up and I heard a click because he hung up on me. This man clearly hates his job or doing anything that may slightly inconvenience him by any means. His rude attitude was out of line because I made sure to thank him and told I really appreciated his help. I could understand if I was a "Karen" but I was extremely polite and it didn't seem to matter to him either way because he is clearly just miserable no matter how nice you are.

This has some of the nicest and even hard to find plants at times. Really love where they source their plants. Plus some are even locally grown. Keep it up!!!

Went to Home Depot picked out a brand new washer and matching dryer. When delivered and installed the installers did not change any ventilation for the dryer but charged for doing it. Plus the dryer was making a clunking noise which the installers said it was due to the weather. Not professional ar all. The installers said we had 48 hours to return it. We called right away and they said the next time to get a replacement would be 3 months from now. So long story short after about 6 hours of phone calls they will refund the dryer but we are stuck with a matching washer cause they would not return both items even though they are a matching pair. Beware Hime depot does not return anything that is delivered and set up its supposedly the delivery company not them. Which the delivery company does not take any responsibility for the product they refer you to the manufacturer which the manufacturer does not have any replacement for there machines. Very disappointed we bought extra warranties and all three parties are not taking any responsibility for selling broken appliance or replacing them with a different brand. What a circus. Bottom line we spent 3000 dollars for a matching washer and dryer and they left us with 1 washer and other fees for 1500 dollars and no one wants to make the customer happy cause there to busy pointing fingers at each other. Never again beware

We decided to use Home Depot for a bathroom remodel this summer. We had several issues with order cancellation, doubling up on orders online and the online customer service being unable to assist because they couldn’t decipher what actually was shipped and cancelled.

I just found out (7/5/21) that an 11% rebate I sent in (March) was declared ineligible after being informed in April that is was eligible and I would be getting my rebate. They claim it was ineligible because I didn't put down a rebate amount... "really"....I don't think so....AND that the receipt number that was given has nothing on it that was on rebate. Thing is (not many people know this) Home Depot will match Menards 11% off if they carry in their store the same item th

had to order a part on the 5th. estimated delivery between the 11th and 16th ...no show, won't be in store until 21st...can't cancel until it arrives in store.

My son was supposed to have a phone interview. He waited until his time, no call. Called the store and they said phone interviews come from a call center. WOW really?!?!? Now it is 15 minutes past his interview time and still no call. If this is how you treat people, then I am glad you never called him. What a waste of time......

I just love the integrity of a company that misleads customers. Twice, I have given a negative review on a product but that review never ends up showing up which misleads customers into believing they are getting a highly rated product. I will never shop at Home Depot again. Very disappointed in the business practices being displayed by misrepresenting reviews from what we believed was a highly respected company. Very disappointed in Home Depot.

They have the treated lumber that is ground contact. Look on the ends of the boards for labels.

all lies! i spent almost $6000 based on being told they would match the 11% rebate at menards. got $2.20 and told most items didnt qualify aftet the fact. will never spend a penny there again

The worst carpet installation service available. They scheduled a carpet install, we ripped apart our living and dining rooms, and then they cancelled the installation less than 24 hours before and would only offer a new install day 16 days later. So now we're living with no living and dining room until then. Don't bother patronizing them or their cut rate install company. "There's nothing we can do" is absolute BS. You simply won't do the right thing, you won't do as you said you would do. They'll happily refund your money to get you to go away, not good enough after you disrupt or lives. Go somewhere else for your home installation needs.
