Phenomenal hair cuts everytime I go. Why? Phenomenal staff. I normally let them do whatever they want to me, and they are usually cooking pretty hard. They know what looks good better than I do. Just got a haircut today by the very talented Taylor S, very appreciative of the cut. Definitely, all in all, best haircut place around. 🤙🏻🖤🫶🏻

I always go to Great clips because I'm a spur of the moment kind of haircut guy. I received a coupon in the mail for a $12.99 haircut and happen to be in Wisconsin rapids so I thought I would get one. The woman who cut my hair was probably the most unfriendly snippy kind of person I've ever met. In that line of work. They wouldn't honor my coupon. They said it was store specific. Even though the coupon says any store anytime. I will never go to the Wisconsin rapids store again, although I probably use Great clips in another town near me.

I am disappointed to announce that Great Clips is not “great”. I entered thinking I would get 2 inches off, I left with 2 inches off but very uneven, I’m not surprised it only took the stylist five minutes for the crappy job she did, very bad experience, shall not be coming here again

All 5 stars go to Tiffany! I finally found someone who is patient and explains what she's doing. She doesn't rush and she listens to what you want and she knows how to cut curly/wavy hair properly. Both my daughter and I will be requesting her when we go for haircuts in the future.
Hair type: Wavy/curly
Stylist: Tiffany is the most patient hair stylist I've had in a very long time. I have no worries when I'm in her chair.

I"m new to the area and have had two cuts here recently, first was good, second was ok, and the third was terrible....each cut was with a different person, they have notes but this recent cut is just bad. It looks like I have parts on each side of my head. Need a lot of gel to make it look somewhat decent. I won't go back
