The service agent was very helpful, made sure that I didn't waste money on express shipping and was very fast with completing the repair. I would definitely go there again. Repairs were cheaper than carrying insurance.

Jacob @ RCR was great to work with. He got all my files off my old computer and transferred to my new one and as a bonus fixed my old one and now have it as a backup. Will definitely use his business again
