The staff is very nice, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful, always going out of their way to provide correct products and great recommendations. They are up-to-date on stock and build a great community. The customer service, prices, and location are awesome, with cool people and sweet giveaways. Nowhere else in Rapids compares.
