I was greeted at reception desk by a friendly person with a big smile who was very helpful, that goes for all the staff, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Falk was very professional and was able to explain any questions I had:)

The staff is amazingly personable and welcoming. I was on crutches and having a hard time getting around and they were very helpful. Their equipment is the best I have ever seen. As a person who genuinely despises eye appointments, they made this an incredibly pleasurable experience. The one-on-one help at the end of the appointment was awesome as well, as I was able to meet all my needs.

Dr. Falk and all the staff are always so nice to interact with. Very professional, yet personable and available to answer any questions. From the exam to selecting frames, the process is always easy. Highly recommend this office.

This is a wonderful eye care center, everything is the newest technology and the staff is amazing. Dr falk does a great job, and the ladies that help you with finding glasses/picking lenses/adjusting them are amazing!!! It is so important to get a good fit and be comfortable and you will not be disappointed with this eye care center. I have so many good things to say about them, and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

This was my first visit there. They’re very friendly and very helpful. The technician explained everything that she was going to do for my exam. Because they now have a new machine since I was seen last at a different place. So much easier now than before. They even helped me to find a pair of glasses that not only fit my prescription but fit my personality as well

Everyone here is so kind and helpful. The first time I saw Dr. Falk was at the old office. We don’t have any family here and I don’t use daycare, so I had my infant son with me. He started crying so I had to take him out of the car seat to hold and comfort him. Dr. Falk was so nice and just finished my eye exam while I held my baby like it was no big deal. My baby is two now and still goes with me and all the ladies in the office are always so sweet to him. I recently had some pain in one eye and they were able to squeeze me in immediately - honestly, within minutes! Their new clinic is beautiful and always immaculate. I do think they are a little more expensive than other clinics, but you get what you pay for and they are worth it!
