Customer service is excellent if you have a problem with your TV and it's after hours and you call the helpline, you will get help. The employees are very Helpful

We recently moved into the area and Solarus had our internet set up and running the first day. We had a weak signal and they came out and added router right away. This company is great to work with and they're quick to respond to issues. Customer service and tech support are great as well, it's nice to talk to someone locally.

Internet went out Friday night. With in a hour and a half the tech was on site. He had a new part installed with in minutes. I like to thank him for volunteering to take the call on a Friday night. It's the employees that make a company great.

Should be able to put negative stars. Have business phone and internet. Cant receive calls most of the time. Loosing customers everyday because of it. Cant dial out about 20% of the time. Internet is nothing of what they guaranteed. Sales rep always passes the blame to an outside server or Verizon. If the buck should really be passed any of these times, dont you think that the third party would fix the issues because they service far more that S.O.L. R' US. Absolutely livid at the loss of business and the excuses I get when one of our representatives can actually get in touch with them. Do not do business with S.O.L. R' US

Wow we continue to be impressed with Solarus customer service! Josh at the Wisconsin Rapids customer service checked our speed on all devices and had us up and running in 20 minutes.Thx Josh!

Great local company with knowledgeable tech support. I've never had any major issues. Any small issues are addressed quickly and the call center is local. During the pandemic, they even sent all their customers gift cards to help people out during the shut down and extra upgrades and services for free. Thank you!

Our internet was freezing and tech support came the next day (it was night) and put in a new modem for free, and they let us know that we could get MUCH faster speed (20mbps to 160mbps!), if we wanted (absolutely no pressure), for a fraction more of the cost! But best and most important of all, both the tech support guys were kind, friendly, funny, and easygoing. Just all around the best experience with customer service we've had. Thank you!!!

Run. The service tech lacks all professionalism by causing havoc during his install which lead to dead animals. as well as his supervisor ‘Rich’ who fails to hold his employees responsible for their failures and property damage they cause.

Cable glitches, internet speeds are laughable. Wires have been on the side of the house for 6 months and the upgrades “should be this year”. Now local channels rewind is down for over 15 hours. They are not sure why, but “we don’t charge extra. So don’t worry about it”One of the worst companies I have seen. Luckily they have hostages as customers

I can't thank Tanner enough for his patience for explaining thibgs to my mom last week when she had a phone issue...he even set up her new cellphone when l had to leave....give this kid a raise!! He went above and beyond!!!

I have dealt with xfinity, and I can say solarus is a pleasure to deal with from the customer service to tech support. They offer better internet speed and services than xfinity at a much lower cost. And best of all when you call you get to talk to a live person. Thanks Solarus! It is so refreshing to deal with a local company like yours.

Have dealt with this place for at least 10 years. Really good phone service and good packages for internet service, besides tv stations.
