Terrible place and people to work with.
I'm still waiting now for my Deposit back on my Storage unit.
It's now 3 months and January will be 4 months.
I called in September they said it was mailed out.
Got a message saying I would get it middle of October.
I've sent messages asking what happened to it and no answer.
I guess I'll have to talk to someone about this.
Sick of the run around and Bullshit.

Utterly rude company to deal with. IF anyone has ANY other option for a storage unit, use it. This company is horrid. The staff argues and is condescending to their customers every single time you call. The auto-emails you receive from them are rude. Just a plain terrible company to work with. CHOOSE any other one, except for them.
