I would give 10 stars if possible! I ordered something for pickup that was too big to fit in my car (my mistake, it came assembled and I had thought it would be boxed). The employees we so nice and understanding! He actually put it in his own truck and followed me home to drop it off for me! Not only did they go out of their way to be kind, I didn't even need to assemble it! A+++++ customer service!

Won’t honor competitors deals. Website says any, they use a 10 mile radius excuse. Had to call corporate and they didn’t understand why there wasn’t a price match. Corporate gave discount.

The store is clean and well stocked. Traveling Associate Bonnie does a GREAT job with taking pride on her setup with the store. The Stores open and close sign has not been working since The middle of July 2024. When I asked about it I was told it malfunctioned one day with laughter. Better training of store operations is needed with all the new hires. Some are totally clueless on the ins and outs of operations and gets very frustrating for customers.

At times non trained dogs posing as service dogs are allowed in the Wisconsin Rapids store. The customer should be able to shop without someone's pet bothering you.

Good selection of farm supplies and staff is usually pretty helpful. The unfortunate corporate nature makes it not quite a feed store and not quite a farm supply store but some mismatch of both.
That said, the best location in the area for small quantities of feed and basic farm supplies. Recent changes to the company structure though make me less likely to spend money here. I prefer the smaller locally owned stores when possible.

The store manager is a hot head and very rude. I filled tanks all winter there for years and he didn’t like a dolly I had on my tank and wouldn’t fill it all of the sudden. Do not recommend.EDIT in response to tractor supply- I did contact you and no one ever caked me back.

I placed an online order for a pair of Muckboots and waited 7 days for them to be delivered to the store. They never contacted me that they had arrived.I had to search up my package via FedEx tracking, and they were at the store for 2 days. They need to work on their communication. ??

I went into Tractor Supply at 745 PM. on a Tuesday to use their wash services only to be told it was closed. I called the week before to specifically ask what the washing station hours were, and the answer I received was "the same as the store hours." However, that is not the case. It is not good service, and this should be put on the website or informed when someone calls and asks about the pet washing hours.

Bought two live traps here, great quality! Still being used today with no issues! Staff was super understanding and able to listen. Too bad they didn't have coyote sized live traps to catch the yotes that terrorize my friend's farm. Definitely will be back next time I need baby chicks or traps!
