ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL EVERYTHING! I can't say enough thank you to Jill and Mike here. We recently experienced loss in my family and Jill went above and beyond to make this an easy transition. She helped answer questions and helped me feel not only at ease with it, but i understand all the moving parts now. Mike was truly an incredible asset as well, covering the financial elements to which i knew nothing. They both spent a lot of time with me and even catered to my challenging schedule. I can't say enough about the level of care these two and U.S. Bank gave me and my family. Look past any negative reviews on this page, and do yourself a favor. Put your trust in these two incredible human beings. Thank you Jill and Mike!!

We took out a 2nd mortgage, times are rough. It was all set up and signed for and delivered. BUT now US Bank tells us it will NOT honor when we had dates for payment. But needs payment within 5 days of the FIRST mortgage payment. That's $1,000 mortgage payment together five days apart. (total 1st & 2nd mortgage together). When you are on SS that's impossible. Bank KNEW this and worked out a plan then we signed and they took our signed agreement away. We are searching for another bank ! Been with US for 21 years ! Final kick for sure ! AND A LAWYER

Been banking with US Bank for years. Excellent staff members that are friendly and helpful. This is by far my go to location for US Bank. Thank you to everybody working there for making this location awesome!

Extremely bigoted location .. a few years ago I went into the process of opening a bank account with this location and came in with 3 separate money orders totalling $3000 the lady acted all friendly and played nice until the next day when I went to check on my account online making sure everything was ok...... I was immediately flagged for fraud before I even left the bank the previous day ...the woman that opens new accounts for this location flagged me as fraud and I had to wait 3 months after all legal litigation to access my account and my funds....needless to say the day it was unfroze I drove over an hour to a different us bank location withdrew all my cash and closed the account ... extremely unprofessional and I was definitely dealing with a racist Karen

The staff there is very friendly and professional. The only slightly frustrating part is that there are sometimes inconsistencies as far as how they handle transferring funds.

This is the best bank I have ever dealt with. I have a business checking, personal, and just opened another personal checking account for my grandson. A big shout out to Krystal from the Wi Rapids location. Always helpful and always friendly.

We found the people at our branch very helpful and decided this would be our bank. Within a week we had a glitch with our cards and were broke and extremely embarrassed at the check out with a cart full of food and the people behind us looking at us like scum. We had to leave, called the bank obviously screaming prior to remembering ALL people are are not involved. Computer's do screw up too. I really feeling like a shumtz ???

Its no so much the branch as it is the Whole company. I opened an account with us bank a week ago because my bank(huntington) is not near by. I just recently moved and need a bank nearby that works with Zelle. Today i login to transfer some money from my savings. when i logged in my savings account was gone along with $300. I spend forever going to two different branches and ccalling the 800 number. All i find out is they are closing my accounts, not giving me a reason, and telling me they are mailing me a check with my money. i needed the money todaty 12/16/19 for groceries. my family and I will now go home hungry tonight. I cannot beileve a company can do this to a person. Ive always heard good things about U.S Bank. Today i realize they were all lies. do not! I repeat DO NOT bank with U.S Bank!! I am a vetran and had a ventran account and i have been treated like garbage and my money stolen.

This is the number one bank in the United Srates. We are treated like royalty here. No other bank would make us feel this way. We will never change.
