1 week after paying our bill we went in to be sure that we didn’t have to do anything to disconnect on our end as we were switching services end of July. Associate told us that as soon as we switch carriers it would pretty much end the service with us cellular and we would get a partial refund for unused time. Well come September 15th my husband got an email that he has a full monthly bill we have to pay even though we did not have service literally at all for august. Our same numbers were being used with a whole different service at this time. We called a higher up number given to us and the lady told us we had to pay the full month even if we only used a week out of it and that the previous associate we talked to was completely wrong. Seems like the employees at this location are unaware of their own policies which is disappointing as we could of just waited to switch services at the end of the month instead of taking an employees word and now we have double the cell phone bill this month. We have had this company for years and will no longer recommend.

No help waste of time even when u have insurance and protection u still gta do all the work yourself. No phone how do u call man? Lol like u cant help at all.Update: people there are useless. They don't know anything. I called claims they told me this store shouldve helped. Can't count on in store help absolute dummies. Must be really desperate for help

If they would put in a little effort to see what was wrong with a new phone !! To see if it was set up right !!! Like check to see if email was set up !!!!!! Not happy !!! 18 year us cellular customer !!!!!

My daughters iPhone crashed screen was black, anyway she took it to us cellular in Rapids for help they basically just told her to go home plug it in and then take it to Best Buy,Why would we take it to Best Buy? We got the phone from us cellular. She came home and was very upset still no working phone, we then made the drive to plover to attempt Best Buy, but ended up going to us cellular there, walked in and immediately got the help we needed they went above and beyond to try and help recover the phone for us, instead of being told to go home and plug it in.

Worst store i have ever been in. An employee told me I must wear a Mask and I told him I have a medical condition and he said he didn't care. He handed my phone back and said he will not serve me . I will be pursuing a legal matter against him and that store in Wisconsin Rapids. I will let many people know how I was treated. See you in Court......

Recently I went in to purchase a new phone. A man who's name I'll leave unannounced helped me out on my first trip in. He was a very pushy salesman and sold me everything under the sun for my phone including a car charger that wasn't even the right kind for my phone. What a way to do business! He also didn't take the time to show me the phone or even set it up. So with that being said, my phone wasn't set properly and I was under the assumption it was. 4 days passed before I realized I wasn't receiving phone calls.After much frustration and 4 trips into the store I finally met Allen who saved me from leaving US Cellular and going someplace else. He helped me with my phone and did all the things the other salesman didn't do.Thank you again Allen, you are my go to now at US Cellular in Rapids!
