I was told that my prescription would be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. I understand they’re under staffed. But they don’t have to be rude about it and I wasn’t the only one who the young woman was rude to.

Unfortunately I had to switch pharmacies because of insurance. I really miss the drive thru and being able to still go late at night if needed.

The drive up is nice but not when it takes an hour to get your prescription. Always a hang up, I can't remember the last time I've had a prescription filled for me or a family member that has just been a simple no hassle transaction. Time for a change.

A robot survey ask me questions about my experience. On a scale of zero to ten. The number 10 was if I was highly satisfied. After waiting on the phone listening to the robot talking to me for over a half hour 45 minutes maybe it was even more I rated everything as a zero. I would never recommend Walgreens pharmacy I would never be a consistent customer for my Pharmaceuticals either it is pathetic that you have to wait so long to speak to somebody.

I have one prescription at Walgreens and every month they delay it past 30 days. I'm sick of it. It always says the pharmacist is reviewing.

when i first set up my account a few days ago, at the wisconsin rapids walgreens, the customer service was remarkable. i called very early and talked to pharmacist named christian. he was courteous, accomodating and went out of his way to be very helpful. 5 stars to him. as for the day shift i talked to, not so much. i had a computer question about my account so i called back during normal business hours. i started talking to an employee that answere the phone. she couldnt address my concerns so she transferred me to her manager, named erica. this person kept changing the subject therefore frustrating me. she (erica) then gave the phone to a person named cassandra. when i tried to explain exactly what i wanted, she says i will not be talked down to and promptly hung up on me. needless to say i will be taking my business elsewhere.
