Over 5 hours waiting on a urgent care prescription to get filled.
Called and was told it's ready only to get told it would be 20 more minutes after sitting in line for half an hour with only 1 lane open, 3rd time in a row now.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I experienced while attempting to return an item at your Wisconsin Rapids, WI location. What should have been a simple, straightforward return turned into an unnecessary ordeal due to multiple failures on the part of your staff.
The issue began under cashier Savi, who not only refused to proceed with the transaction as requested, but also made snarky remarks throughout the interaction. This behavior was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere instead of assisting in resolving a basic return. I was then directed to upper authority Chrislyn, yet even with her involvement, the return was still not handled correctly and no meaningful resolution was provided.
Being passed between employees—without anyone taking ownership of the situation—was both frustrating and disappointing. Ultimately, and fortunately, I was finally able to receive a full refund, but only with the assistance of another department entirely. While I appreciate the person who ultimately resolved the issue, the experience leading up to that point reflects a concerning lack of training, customer service, and accountability within the store.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should have to go through such a drawn-out and avoidable process just to complete a basic return.

Today I visited the Wisconsin Rapids location to resolve an issue that began 12/4. Much to my dismay, I was again met with the same employee, Chrislyn. Although she was able to complete the transaction correctly this time, her demeanor throughout the interaction was again noticeably snide and snark.

I was getting photos today and he was very rude and unhelpful. He made me feel like I was bothering him like he forgot my photos. He didn't even check to see if I had even even more photos before I left.
Very disappointing.

I went without my statin for 4 days because the pharmacy claimed they didn't have the request from doctor which I had proof of which they didn't want to look at... Rude and get this .. no apology
Whatever happened to good customer service and of course corporate is just as bad nothing will get done it will just continue to happen sad 🫤

I have always had good experiences with Walgreens! They get me in and out and always can get everything figured out with insurances in a mannerly time!

Just got done with surgery, went in and they didnt have all my medications ready. But they had a few they could give me. Came back to pickup the rest and they said I need a new prescription to receive the rest of what they didnt give me. Its a Saturday, why and how would I get a new prescription. Its says how much I had gotten, and how much I didnt. Never had this problem with CVS. Just go their. Whoever was working on Saterday May 12th during the time of 12 to 3. I hope you get fired.

Not perfect but by far the best choice in Rapids.
Drive through was quick, the inside is clean and the staff is friendly.

I just refilled some prescriptions at my local Walgreens, I was helped by a wonderful young lady named Al. She was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and cheerful, and made my experience a very happy one.
