Stopped by this Walgreens to pick a covid testand some sick supplies for my parents. The cashier was so freaked out by the covid test they forgot to tell me my total. When my parents opened it up one of the tests was already used, thankfully it was negative. Everything else I bought seems to be untainted.

They need to hire more people. They rarely answer the phone. Slowest Walgreens drive-thru I've ever been to. They have two lanes, but only one person working the both of them.

There was a very nice woman with an accent who helped me pick out some acne treatments. She went above and beyond to help me out. Her customer service skills were great and I feel confident in saying that was one of the best customerexperiences I had.

Needed a prescription filled at 9pm on a Saturday night. The staff on the phone were very helpful and pleasant and when I came to pick it up the pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions cheerfully and helpfully. Even though I could tell he had alot of orders to fill. Thanks!

Christian the pharmacist is amazing! My doctor never sent in the prescriptions and we had a 40 minute drive and he handled it with a phone call! Also gave me a good rx discount from his personal phone! Amazing guy.

They will not answer their phones. Either a busy signal or you get put on hold...maybe. I've been hung up on so many times I've lost count. Used online chat with corporate and their answer to everything is "call your local store" so that's a dead end.This used to be a great location, but they have some serious issues on the customer service end of things.It's so bad that I actually prefer using my insurance mail-order service, and they're terrible. But for someone who is immediately sick, I would suggest using any other pharmacy in town, if you can.Edit: Now they're getting worse. They have problems, not calling insurance when they say they will, "losing" a prescription that was just there yesterday, not understanding how to do an override when the mail order pharmacy told them they were the ones who needed to do the override. My wife is diabetic and she hasn't been able to get her prescription. It's been a week and a half since we originally tried to get the refill, and now she's been unable to take her scheduled dose for a week.Thanks, Walgreens #9009!
