Pre automated anything is a pain in the you know what and you get more aggravated try to do anything then talk in a real person why do they have this here to get a person's blood pressure higher--1/4 ?

Up until the last 2 months I never had an issue at this pharmacy. There have been very rude younger staff working recently having an attitude. Last month I went in to get a prescription on file filled they said I filled it and had to call my insurance. I never filled it. I asked her to look into it. She snapped back I told you to call insurance.I call my insurance they said I had to call the pharmacy. My insurance said they accidentally filled it and reversed it and they just have to rerun it. Hours wasted on the phone and in person when she could have just tried.I call again this month waiting a long time. I ask to fill the script and said I had to wait due to less days in February. I asked her to puke it through since I had a hard time getting through. The girl snapped back our Phones have been broken a month and a half and I already told you I would. First of all you never said that and second of all I didn’t know your phones were broken. She needs to learn respect and how to talk to people!!! If the phones are broken why aren’t they being fixed? Might be time to switch pharmacies if I am going to be treated like a piece of S**t!!! Unacceptable business practice and should be talked to!!! Wisc Rapids

Absolutely terrible service here. They usually do not answer the phone. If you opt to go inside for a prescription pickup you will likely wait in line for hours just to have an employee be rude/short with you when you get to the front of the line. They will call with a date to pickup by, but they have not held prescriptions until that date many of times (they put it back if you don’t get there within about 48 hours of the phone call even if they say they will hold for a week, etc.) The drive thru window is the best bet if you want to get out in less than an hour, they are still very short with customers in the drive thru too but it takes slightly less time. I do not recommend this Walgreens to anyone.

They will not answer their phones. Either a busy signal or you get put on hold...maybe. I've been hung up on so many times I've lost count. Used online chat with corporate and their answer to everything is "call your local store" so that's a dead end.This used to be a great location, but they have some serious issues on the customer service end of things.It's so bad that I actually prefer using my insurance mail-order service, and they're terrible. But for someone who is immediately sick, I would suggest using any other pharmacy in town, if you can.

Absolutely awful service. The phone line routinely goes down for weeks on end. So when the app directs you to call because they're "out of stock" of your prescription, you can't actually call them and are forced to go there in person. If they have trouble filling a prescription, no one there can tell you why. If you ask 5 different people, you'll get 5 completely different answers.

Wisconsin Rapids store needs help, according to person in the pharmacy, they are aways so busy you cannot expect any service. Hung up on 3 times trying to speak with someone and then told it is to much to expect a change in doctor to be noticed on a refill.

Waited 20 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru since my mother needed a Covid Test. Having a large truck, I chose the second lane, before doing so I double checked with her and apparently she was never told that we needed to be in the window lane, there weren’t any signs. Got told we’d have to drive back around and wait in line all over again. It’s not that difficult to put out a sign or inform customers which lane to be in before they arrive. The woman working was crankier than hell, understandably so, Walgreens is nothing but a major headache.Update: The guy working the window lane was funny so that’s something, hope he has a great day.

Ordered four photos off their website and went in to pick them up ... waited fifteen minutes at the photo counter and no one waited on me. So I left and came back later ... this time I got waited on in a timely manner but I got home and looked at my photos and three were right and then I had a random photo of a mom and daughter ..... so my picture of my three children is now in some strangers hands and I have a picture of strangers. So I no longer trust them at all that is a major privacy error.

The store is ok but what made my experience great was the very friendly pharm tech apprentice I think his name was Harlan 10/10 made my experience alot better. Stephanie's cool too ? so is Justin

Store close at 4:30 am due to staffing issues according to the makeshift sign on their door. The W. Rapids Walgreens has really taken a downhill slide in the last few years, which is too bad because there are a few workers there who are absolutely wonderful people. One of overnight pharmacists, Christian, is great. Hopefully it improves someday. For now though, 1 star.

I paid for photos that where said to be stolen. There was a mistake with in the photo department and two out of my seven where not scanned. I do not like how Josh the manager handled the situation and I am very upset with this store as this is not the only promblem I have had with them.
