Had a prescription transferred from my usual pharmacy because they were out & I needed it asap & this one happened to have it. Had to call several times. Staff was rude from the start. Go to pick it up & the tech was very rude & had info wrong. & was very unprofessional. She told me incorrect info. Left without med. Had to go back once another, friendlier tech looked into issue & called me back & fixed the issue. Finally got my med. Will not return.

Christian the pharmacist was beyond amazing. There was a mix up with my doctor and the prescriptions and he handled it with a phone call and with ease.He then proceeded to make sure I got the best deal with my copay and good rx. And also gave me store credit for the small hassle we had so early in the morning. Amazing guy.

I've been waiting for my COVID booster show for 25 minutes. There have been no customers at the register for the last 15 minutes... Yet I'm still waiting. This is a joke. I wish I would have gone to my primary care doctor for this. Never again.

It was worse than not good. I put in a delivery order. It was supposed to arrive between 7 and 8 pm. I called the store because I had no update wondering what was going on. The person on the phone said they were 45 minutes behind. Then I was transferred to the department. I was on the crabby sick due to being ill and could barely talk. At first she told me 45 minutes and then later in the conversation they changed it to 2 to 3 hours. I asked if they even had them ready and if so I would send someone to pick them up. They then told me that they just couldn't go get my items. They couldn't even give a time when they would come the next day. How can you expect someone to be home if they don't give you a time? The told me to call back in the morning. Then they send the substitutions thing at 6:30 in the morning. I called them to tell them I didn't want some of the substitutions. I got them anyway and had to pay for them. I filed a complaint and they told me I would get an email 24 to 48 hours. As you can guess I never received anything. They were rude. I personally will not use them or shop there again. If I have to go out of town or order from somewhere else and wait longer or pay more so be it.

Waited in line for 45 mins to be told they had no medication in stock and didn't know when they would. Then told they could do a partial fill. Waited 10 mins for them to come back and say they didn't have any at all. Said I could go to another pharmacy and they could call walmart to fill it. Called the new pharmacy ahead of time and the new pharmacy said they would call walmart and get it ready for me in an hour. Stopped in at new pharmacy and walmart had told them to call in another hour to transfer info. Never will use walmart pharmacy again. Not very helpful, very short, and act like you're a burden.

There's only a select few employees that are actually pleasant when I come in. Most staff are rude and short with you. I've been a customer for a year and a half now and EVERY time I go in there are problems. I have two insurances, and they never run both. Wouldn't that be documented by now!? I'm always stuck standing there and waiting while they redo everything. There's normally only one person at the counter so when it gets busy you could be stuck waiting for 20 minutes just to pick up one prescription. Not impressed and will be (finally) switching pharmacies.

I come up to the Rapids area a couple of times a year and get my groceries from here. Every time I'm here the place is clean and the service is good. Being from the south suburbs of Chicago I would ask anyone giving this location low marks to come see some of the garbage Walmart's around my area, you'll be happy with what you have here

This is my first attempt in ordering online from Walmart and picking up from the store. I chose to order from Walmart instead of Amazon because the order was for our vacation home, and we didn't want a package sitting on the porch for several days. Picking the item up from the local Walmart seemed like the better choice.... or so I thought. Ordering online was simple, as was the payment process. On Wednesday I received a call from Walmart that the items arrived (Scott's Turf Builder Tall Fescue, four bags) one bag was damaged but they didn't see any loss of product. That was a great heads up, and since there was no loss of product I told them I would still accept it, damaged bag and all. Saturday I arrived at the store... went to the Orange Tower to pick up my order... for ten minutes the screen said processing. I requested assistance via their point of sale computer.... after 5 minutes no one came. I then asked an employee for assistance, they requested someone to come to the "Tower". In about 5 minutes someone finally came to help. He had to retrieve my order from the back room. The total time to pickup my online order an Epic 25 minutes. If Walmart wants to complete with Amazon, they need to get the bugs out of this system. I truly expected more from Walmart. The Orange Tower looked impressive, but from my experience, it was the Orange Temple of Doom!!
