I went in to pick up my prescriptions. New insurance covers 3 month prescriptions instead of one month at a time. No one read that, I was given a one month supply. Not treated well, no apologies, no option of coming back tomorrow or later, lots if crabby looks . I am going to a different pharmacy now, I moved and new pharmacy is closer that this one, but I'm grateful that I can go somewhere else. My time there today was very unpleasant and I would be switching pharmacy even if it was further away. If I could give less than one star, I would. I don't generally give reviews at all, but for this place today I did.

Use to be the best pharmacy but now staff other then the pharmacist are very rude! Actually thinking about traveling to another town for my prescriptions

This pharmacy is rude and unprofessional! If you can fill prescriptions anywhere else I recommend doing that. They are often very rude, takes forever to get a prescription because they seem so unorganized and unable to communicate between each other. They transfer to voicemail so they don't have to take a call. Absolute nightmare to deal with!!!!

I used the healthmart app to refill mine and my mom's prescriptions. Until recently, (about a month ago) the app stopped working and keeps saying "there's no pharmacies for my location"It was convenient and time-saving rather than calling them in, which half the time, you can't get through anyway due to a constant "busy" signal or it just rings and rings.

They hang up on you and don’t ever answer phones. Never fill my son’s prescription on time or in a timely manner.

Incredibly slow and they don't listen to you. People that work there probably graduated at the bottom of there class they didn't seem to know what they are doing

The pharmacists and technicians are friendly and efficient. Call ahead a couple of days to let them have your prescription waiting for you. Good, good people.

I have been with Owen-Withee Pharmacy for several years. They used to have excellent service, but they recently began making mistakes... Over and over again. I had an account with them and they shipped my meds to me. On several occasions they would forget to mail me one or two of my prescriptions. On the tenth time I called them. I politely asked for a supervisor in reference to these mistakes. She became defensive and immediately banned me and my account that I had with them for years. They dropped me like a hat because I wanted to address these mistakes because not receiving a life saving medication is critical. I would not recommend them.
