I have them butcher my beef, lamb and venison. Absolutely everything they have done for me has been TOP NOTCH! I have my farm animals and deer butchered around the area and they have become one of my favorites. Highly recommend them.

Only place around to process a pig with celery as opposed to nitrates. Great, fast service and the pork turned out incredible. It was so tasty, we went through a whole pig in just months! I HIGHLY recommend these folks.
