This is a first class business. Mark is honest and the work he does is quality, like things used to be. We have purchased the Wisconsin gliders, a picnic table and had a custom buffet made to match other furniture we own. We could not be happier!

This furniture is beautiful! Most comfortable glider I've sat it. We bought a few smaller items and found the man in the office off the show floor to pay him for them. The are very nice people. Browse and try the seats out at your leisure! Beautiful and worth it!

The guy was not nice! At All! Maybe he thought I was young an stupid.. Have no idea.. I went in there with 2,000 to spend on patio furniture.. We stood in the lobby about 15 minutes till he came.. An he just stood there looking at me an my husband.. So awkward an weird.. Never asked how can I help you.. We asked what each chair price was an how we could customize it.. He just pointed at the book an said look in there. An sat back in his room.. Just couldn’t believe the customer service was so poor.. He lost out on a ton of business.. I went to Menards an saved more to buy more stuff. Horrible service..

We found Black Creek Falls while traveling last summer. We found quality products!! And, a great value. We bought outdoor furniture. Could not be happier. Customer service was great too. They called when our color selection arrived with a delivery so we did not have to special order. The other furniture is amazing too. Worth the 225 mile drive.
