I highly recommend this company.. the internet is amazing an it’s super rare to have any problems.. if I do they fix it immediately.. I even live out in the country a bit. An it ps the best internet I’ve ever had.. if you live near this company an it available for you.. this is it.. an the CEO is an amazing guy.. highly recommend

Cirrinty is very responsive once you get them. They do have weekend service although they don't tell you. Just leave a message and they do respond. They should update their answering machine message. i.e. "for after hours service leave a message and we will respond....."

Update. I bumped this to 3 stars because they did make it mostly right. I have access to myOld emails although I have limited time to move them. It’s a slow and painfulProcess but like I said they made it right I have never in my lifetime been so frustrated with a company. If I had options I’d drop this so fast. They switch up and change email servers but never communicated it was happening. I discovers it because suddenly my email wouldn’t work.

Can we plz get any other internet company like spectrum or charter for better internet. Cause 70 dollars a month for barely 1 mega byte is honestly the worst scam in history. Wittenberg cable company is lucky there is no other competitor cause they would be out of business if any other company moved in. P.S. they only have a 3.8 star average rating because they delete all the one stars they have gotten! And no I will not be calling them to get assistance to fix my issues cause they can not help their poor internet they provide.

Worst internet I’ve ever had, constantly lagging or just not working. I have noticed when I moved to town 6 years ago that they were installing fiber, so I thought it would be great. Well, 6 years later the tubes that were buried are still sticking out of the ground with no fiber in them and every time I ask them they tell me within the next two years we should have fiber..... It’s been six, still no fiber and to top that off they sent a guy to check out the fiber that was run to the box buried by the road this spring. This guy opened the access cover and started laughing because there was nothing in the box for him to check, the orange tubes are still sticking up by the pole with the same orange cone for the last six years. Paying for some of the highest speeds said they have but lucky to have slow to medium speeds some days.

We have dealt with the Antigo office up until today! The Antigo office has been not the friendliest and it seemed noone ever knew what was going on. Today for our installation we had Trent, from the Wittenberg office. He was wonderful and so informative! He finished in a timely matter and answered all my questions. Was great to know they're people in the company that are friendly and knowledgeable.
