“Mike is the man! Serpentine belt broke on a Tuesday afternoon on our way home (still 4 hours away). Randomly called Mike and he drove to where we were and helped limp the car back to his shop. There he worked with his parts suppliers to get what we needed to get back on the road and home safely. Thank you and your suppliers for going above and beyond to help us out of jam. If I lived nearby you would be my mechanic, without question.”

“We could NOT get zero turn front tires onto rims. Called at 10 a.m. on a Saturday, they close at noon. PLEASANTLY surprised when they said 'come on over, we are booked but we will take care of you'. Then even when I explained that was coming from 45 minutes away from them (Northwoods shuts down completely on Saturday), Randy said it's OK, you get here and we will squeeze you in.Excellent true and genuine customer service.Will definitely take our future business there and recommend to others!!!Way to go Randy and team.”
