BMO cashed a forged check that was made out to my company and said there is nothing to do about it. The check was made out to my company and someone went in and cashed it and BMO said they were not going to help. I would never bank with them.

Worst customer service there is, my grandfather went in to deal anything needed with my very recently deceased grandmothers account, and was treated with disgusting disrespect and was told “You already told me she’s dead” the women who was helping him was incredibly rude without any reason to be, she told him she couldn’t help him and by the time he left she magically was able to complete what he had come in for. The process should of taken 10 mins but turned in to 40 mins with no one else waiting to be assisted.

The staff is friendly and helpful when I am in town in the summer. The online checking banking website is very reliable and easy to understand and to use.

Looks like someone else's 2 year old review is irrelevant- new ATM located at drive thru. Staff greets me by name even though I only ever go inside to withdraw for rent. Love the online services and this branch has always been as helpful as they can so I can avoid the 1-800 number. Easy to move money around and see where it goes. BMO rated one of most ethical financial companies in 2018 (low fees, high transparency) - this locations adds some Northwoods charm on top of it.

Went to your site hoping to retrieve information about email addresses of one of your employees. This would allow me to communicate with the mortgage loan officer at a time convenient for me.
