“UPDATE 1/20/2026 I checked on the status of an manikin order I placed on 1/6/2026 and found out from the phone bot that the item is on back order until February. I was never notified of this inventory issue and now it is too late to find another way to get the training equipment that I need for tomorrow's CPR classes. I am very disappointed with the poor communication from AED Superstore about this matter. As a long time customer (over 10 years) this is the first time I have been disappointed.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: Customer service is always helpful and friendly. Shipping is very quick. I always purchase my training supplies from AED Superstore.”
