They did a pre- purchase inspection of my home. They were prompt and courteous. The owner had turned the water off. They spent a couple of hours (not charged to me) trying to prime my driven well, finally recommending a new well. Another company did the drilling, at the owner’s expense. Their diligence saved me over $8000.
