Called pharmacy to refill a prescription. It took 5 minutes for the tech to get my name right. I wanted two medications refilled. She got the second one wrong even after I corrected her twice! Then the tech just hung up the phone. I called back to ensure the refills went through and luckily got someone else on the phone. She confirmed both went through. When I went to pick up my medication, one was wrong, and the other still needed to be faxed in to the doctor. All around rude staff and incompetent.

Horrible pharmacy experience. Called in necessary medication two days prior to pick-up. Phone conversation was extremely difficult with the technician for simple refills (wrong name twice, wrong rx twice, couldn't understand a refill request). Upon arrival, incorrect medications were filled and we were told to come back (after a long drive into town to get the medications) in an hour. Upon arriving back an hour later, the cashier snapped at us at she would be shutting down after the customer in front of us for lunch. We are completely understanding that everyone deserves a break, however, when telling us to come back an hour prior, a shut down of 1:30 would have been great to have mentioned. We finally convinced her to help us quickly before lunch and received a short, rude attitude and a partial-fill, with no insight as to how to receive the remainder of the medication. Horrible customer service, under-trained and all-around need for improvement. Do not recommend this pharmacy.

Please fix that pot hole in your parking lot by the manhole cover or at least place some cones around it. Sure was a rude awakening when I drove over it!Gsaglin

The pharmacist who was working 7/25/21 was an embarrassment. I am a RN of 33 years and was vacationing in this area for the weekend. I ended up having severe sinus issues and went to this location for an over the counter antihistamine/decongestant. There were three lines at the counter: consultation/fast pass only and covid shot scheduling. I went to the consult line. The pharmacist rudely asked "what do you need." I explained and he said you need to go to another line. There was one other customer ahead of me. When he finished with her he again rudely asked "what do you need. "I told him he did not need to be so rude and he said he was not. I told him the signs were confusing on what line to get in and his rudeness does not help someone who is not feeling well. He was so condescending and I ended up leaving in tears. Would not ever recommend this location. He does not belong in healthcare!!

This was my experience at the pharmacy. I left crying like an idiot. All I was trying to do was refill a prescription. I had to transfer my prescription from another state as I am staying with my father. They pharmacy techs and the pharmacist all lied to me. They told me they wouldn't then would then wouldn't then PROMISED they would. When I went to get it they belittled me told me they were out that there was a virus going on and spoke harshly to me and embarrassed me in front of all the other customers. If they had just been honest with me from the beginning I would have been fine. Apparently they had a limited supply of what I needed. It must be going to "local" customers. I tried to remain calm but started crying when he belittled me and tried to make me feel bad because there was a virus going around as if I was insensitive. If they only knew... Needless to say I won't go here again, but they won't care. I did go right before their lunch so I ate into their lunch time which they kept reminding me of. It wasn't my fault their computer wasn't working properly. I truly didn't want to be a Karen and tried to maintain some dignity. But the way I was treated made it impossible not to cry.

Woodruff Wisconsin came to my rescue!! I didn't pack enough blood pressure meds and they worked happily to get me a temporary refill!! I have used Walgreens for years I would never switch, this is not the first time. When I need them to go the extra mile, they are always willing and always friendly. Thanks again Walgreens Woodruff and Walgreens Forest Lake Mn has great customer service always!! Colleen Ellis

Traded with the chain. Arrived and there were 16 people waiting. Finally go to the head of the line. I had to wait while they filled the prescription and then had to get back in the line behind another ten people. Not cool.
