Walgreen's pharmacy drive through in Minocqua. Lady at window rude and disrespectful. Will never go back. Switching pharmacies. Don't go there.

If you are unable to find an item yourself they will simply shrug at you!
I ended up having to go back to the hotel and order the item online to pickup at the store and (SURPRISE!!!) suddenly they were able to find it for me and have it ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes!!
Considering there were barely any customers in the store when I had been there in person, there is no reason I should have had to leave, order it, and come back to get it just to get somebody to do the job they are getting paid to do!

Giving a 5 star because I thought the staff were great, left a good impression on me. I can't believe the other reviews. The customers that left the other reviews are just disrespectful and have no self respect for themselves. Don't be mentioning the names of the staff in reviews. They are just doing their job the best they can and am sometimes people have bad days. I totally loved this Walgreens!

We have been waiting for medication for 2h and we found out that they can’t get medication for us cus they don’t have insurance information updated. We waisted two house for nothing. Another pharmacy didn’t have any problems.

Absolutely useless. Went to get a vaccine for influenza. The clerk Amy was absolutely totally unbelievably useless. Finally she called over someone else,Jess, who was not only useless but rude also. I went to Walmart in Minocqua. Totally better.

Don't recommend pharmacy or store. Or even calling the corporation.No one cares.
But if you want to waste time, money and your stress level?
From getting there after driving 1 hr one way.and the pharmacy closed!!! On a Wednesday and even calling before leaving.
If I could rate minus 10. I would.

On vaca, 100 miles from home. Sister is sick. On the app it said that covid tests "may be free with insurance". I ordered tests, put in my Medicare info and some other detail and got an "order confirmed" page. Went to the store in the morning. No pick up for me. Waited for pharmacy to open in case it was there, rude woman snapped, "they're not covered by insurance" and sent me to the front with my purchase if a vivid test. No wonder Walgreens pharmacies have the worst reviews on Google!
