“Very prompt with email replies, Dr. Ruffing is amazing, takes her time and answers all my questions! Quick to approve orders, and several receptionists so you're never waiting in line to check in. I also didn't have to wait that long for my cat to be called back to the exam room. Also, it smelled good in there! Not like a wet dog lol. Never felt pressured to have any procedures done, got info and cost on a procedure my cat may need done if she exhibited the signs. Very professional.”

“To give a concise review, some context is needed. We have three dogs and a cat that are patients here. Two of the dogs are from rescues, and one of them was incredibly reactive when we first started bringing him here. In brief, I would say the following:
- They are accommodating (they let us bring his reactivity trainer to appointments).
- They are patient, this is not a place that rotates through patients as fast as possible to make money.
- They are incredibly professional, polite, and informative.
Doctor Theresa, Blair, and the rest of the team are invaluable to the care of our pets, and we would not trade them for any other team. Their ethics, care, and their years of experience resound profoundly throughout their practice, from the veterinary exam all the way down to the front desk.

“I was surprised when I came in and the tech advised that one of the vaccines for both of my dogs were probably not a necessity, which saved me an extra office visit and 2 vaccine charges. Usually a clinic will try to push for things rather than not.

“Last week was a very difficult time in my life, I had to put my 16 year old dog down because of health issues. It was so sad.
