So I'll say this, our dogs are low maintenance hunting dogs, but money is no object.
Weve been a customer at least 11 yrs, 4 dogs, many visits, and attempting to establish a long term relationship with this facility.
Initial visits, first 8 yrs, were pheonominal. Kelly was our vet, very knowledgable and personal. She started taking on a more back door role and unfortunately thats where things started to go downhill. Service has always been prompt, I'm a straight to the point kind of person and thats what you'll get here.
Recently picked up a new pup, generally needed to get booster shots scheduled as breeder stated we should look at boosters in next 2-3 weeks. Make the call to Wrightstown to get her started, no problem like last 3 youd expect. Well not so much. Was told by the front office attempting to schedule that we needed to take the new pup, and our existing dog in their "lifetime" shots program to any other clinic in the area as they were not interested in our business any longer. Ive never interfaced with this person in the past, but, if you dont have time for this pup, no problem when in the current situation, theres too many pets not enough vets. I never expected to be sent away from a team that I had grown to trust and respect with my dogs lives.
Very frustrated is the best way to state the disappointment in this new mentality of the facility. I wish all owners the best with this facility but believe Im in search of a new care provider.

This is my first time being at wrightstown vet clinic after our original vet would not see my sick cat that we had been to many yrs. Everyone was so nice right from the first phone call right down to the time we left. The doc explained everything that was going on and everything that was happening as my kitty was being put to sleep and explained to us what could happen to her muscles after she passed away. I pulled my records from our vet clinic and are gonna be going to wrightstown vet clinic from now on.

Dr. Kelly is absolutely a wonderful veterinarian. All of the staff members are kind and compassionate animal lovers. I feel their cost are in line with or superior to area standards. The facility is clean and well organized. I am very happy to have Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic handle my animals' health care needs!

I have brought my elderly female, fluffy terrier mix to this clinic since February 2021 when she moved into my home. The staff are great: knowledgable, patient, friendly, caring, responsive, informative, observant & much more. According to local family members, the fees charged are comparable to 2 clinics in the Green Bay and De Pere area.

I would NEVER reccomend Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic. I have never had such a terrible situation with a place in my life.
-During my dogs puppy shots they gave him two rabies shots within 3 weeks of each other. Please note that dogs are only supposed to get rabies shots once a year. They had said this mistake happened because a vet there gave him a rabies shot early and did not record in the computer so the next vet did not know he already got it and gave it to him again at the next appointment.
-We are first time dog owners and we did not know if the precautions to use with dogs. The vet did not tell us about the importance of heartworm prevention and our dog did end up getting worms. When I brought him in they gave us deworming medication and heartworm prevention. They did NOT tell us to wait to give him his preventative until after the deworming proses until I called and asked. This could have been another situation.
I do have more negative experiences but am not here to completely slander them. All I ask is if you truely hope to find great care for your animals- please do not take them to Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic.

Very disappointed with them recently. Went in last week for vaccines for my dog and they didn't feel comfortable giving them to him because he didn't take his anxiety meds before appointment. He was out of them. Normally they remind up about them in the phone and ask if we need refills. He is older now so since they didn't mention it I took him in hopes he would be used to them now. He wasn't so they rescheduled him for the following week. We double checked it wouldn't be an issue since he needed to be seen before a certain Date for his free vaccines. Comes today his appointment my husband shows up and they say his appointment isn't until April. And they say there's no way their appointment coordinator could have made a mistake. Why would my husband get off work early again if he didn't believe that's what the lady told him. I talked to the lady see if there's anything they can do because he can't get off early a 3rd time to take him. She didn't seem like she was willing to help in anyway. Very disappointed in her lack of understanding that their staff MADE A MISTAKE. And we have to pay the consequences. Don't recommend them.

We went here for our dog to be put to his final rest. My dog had never been treated here prior, but we were referred to them so we booked an appointment. They were able to get me in a day earlier than originally booked as my dog was having significant health issues. They assessed my dog to make sure we were doing the right thing and treated him like he was their own pet. Dr Kelly and the vet tech sat on the floor with us the whole time petting my dog until he passed. These folks went above and beyond for my pet and his sad parents. I could not think of a better place to bring any future pets I may have. Top notch staff and service. Thank you so much WVC.

The service here is great. Doctor Kelly and staff do not take shortcuts and make sure that the customer is satisfied. They also work hard to make the environment welcoming and comforting for the animals.
