The staff here are SO professional and helpful. Treat them with kindness and respect (as you should all human beings) and they will do the same. Getting packages in our rural area is HARD. WE need to do our part and ALWAYS put your PO# in front of your last name. Even if you think your package is coming UPS or FedEx. Around here, packages get transferred all the time and postal policy is to return to sender if mis addressed. It doesn't have to be that hard! They are literally the middle man. Be grateful that we have such amenities to get almost anything sent to our front door or PO from the comfort of our couch. Don't let package rage get the best of you :)

Horrendous staff. With the exception of Danny there’s not a competent or professional person working there. There’s an older lady with glasses who fancies herself the boss and is incredibly slow and rude. And then the gal with the red hair is the worst one yet. Cussing and throwing things and just completely unprofessional. Danny’s wonderful and has the patience of a saint. If they lose him they might as well shut down.

They have returned my packages multiple times to the shipper, saying my address was incomplete, when I know it wasn’t.

I have had almost every package I ordered say “incomplete address” after shipping all the way here, and get returned to sender.

Lost 3 of my packages in 2 weeks. Gave away my dead dads box after a week of me saying I’d take it over. Super unhelpful and it feels like they’re giving away my packages on purpose at this point.

Three days now I have gone to post office in Grover Wy they told us they would be there 4 times and they never showed up. Not getting this package is costing me money.

Absolutely horrible location. They literally NEVER deliver on time, if at all. Most all the time, they are too lazy to deliver, and I have to go in to the PO and pick up my stuff. I'm pretty sure Ethelred all crack heads there.

Just horrible ??♀️this place is so rude and more . Was told I had to go in to pick up my package , when I went in was told my package was out for delivery . When I got home received a pink slip with no reason as to why I didn’t get my package . Called them and they said they had no idea and then we’re very rude about it .

These people do a great job with a lot of rude customers, who forget that people are people and deserve to be treated as such. I've always had friendly and prompt interactions with them.

if I could leave less than one star, I would. they need to reopen on Saturdays again. most people living in afton work 40-50 hours a week. our only opportunity to get our packages was on Saturday morning. but now that their too lazy and incompetent to work on Saturday, we have to take hours off of our work day to get the packages that we pay for. most of the employees are extremely rude, and take for ever to help you at the front desk. they need new management.
