Don't like leaving a negative review as Gary and Tharesa are amazing but a guy named Jeff that works there is not great. Terrible customer service and leaves you on hold for 15 minutes but gets upset when you call back. He hung up on me twice before finally answering and placing me on hold.

Just purchased a Stihl chainsaw.. We got lucky and Keith was an in store expert. He quickly helped us pick out the right option for us and then recognized we had never owned a chainsaw before. So he gave us a concise but very comprehensive run through of everything from pulling the top off and looking at carbs/spark plugs/chain tightener so we can trouble shoot ourselves all the way to making sure we knew all the basic safety and user guidelines. Thanks so much to Ace and more so to Keith for setting us up for success!

Realized I needed a propane adapter for my heater while I was out hunting. I walked in and asked the first employee I seen, she led me right to it and I was back on the mountain in a flash! Thanks!

Employees were all talking in a group and completely ignored me, even after I said excuse me. They seem to not care about customer service and only about themselves. Needless to say, I walked out without purchasing anything and will not be back.

Unfortunately learned that Aces are all owned independently and we couldn’t return an item from Jackson Hole. However, Gary went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping my mom and me get our stapler the right staples and exchanging the staples. Thank you so much, Gary!

Went to another location the day before i came to alpine. Was there to try to figure out how to fix a sink sprayer issue I had. Got home and spent 5 hrs trying to figure it out. At the alpine location i spoke with keith this awesome dude literally spent 30 mins with me figuring it out and was insistent on making sure i saved money where i could. We ended up figuring it out and when i went to fix it at home it took less than 10 mins to fix the issue. Lol he is the reason for the slogan "ace is the place with the helpfull hardware folks" Thank you again Keith!! If u need help with a project this is the place to go! Gary was also awesome! Props!!
