I have never seen this ace hardware this bad with customer service. And the prices are crazy, it's cheaper to run to Sheridan and back including gas. But the service is the worst.

I guess I think of things differently when it comes to MATH. TOSAY, I spent $82.31 + TAX, then used $12 off from a coupon. Unfortunately, the can opener I bought did not work. I returned can opener today, and bought one $5 more expensive. I had to pay $11.97 more. It should have been $5 more. Talk to checkout person ? Who got another person? Who neither of the staff understood. Then it was decided to return item $39.99 +tax returned it and the charged me for it again separately used another coupon $5.00 paid $36.74, would have been the same using original transaction. Very disappointed. I will spend more money locally owned, when I cannot leave town because of my job.

Needed an RV water heater plug. Brought in the old one and they hooked me right up. Seems like they go out of their way to help.

They are one of the fewer places in town that will allow me to bring my dog (Trouble) into the store so I don't have to tie him to my scooter. They will have treats for him and come over and say hi to him.
