“My vehicle broke down while on vacation. Rad Rides came highly recommended by a local and I was not steered wrong. I could not be more grateful to Sage, his wife and daughter and his team! Not only am I back up and running the service was honest, compassionate and I don't think my vehicle has ever run this great. I can't thank these folks enough for helping me through all this!! I highly, highly recommend!!”

“I was in the big horns and somehow dropped a brake caliper bolt. I was able to limp along to the nearest auto parts store which was rad rides. They let me borrow a jack, breaker bar, and socket wrench. I was back in the road in 30 minutes and the parts I needed were very fairly priced. I can't thank these folks enough. I was having a bad day when I realized what happened and they went way advice and beyond. Truly awesome folks.”

“I met Shannon at O’Rellys Auto Parts store in Buffalo Wyoming in search of new wiper blades for my motorhome. After we determined what blades would work I purchased them and. Once I got back to my motorhome I discovered the jay hook was wider than the new blade connectors. I went back to O’Reillys to return the blades I had purchased. Shannon was very disappointed about the fact the blades would not work. We took a look at the new blades and Shannon realized that the connectors on my old blades would fit on the new blades. Problem solved. Shannon went above and beyond what customer service is all about. Thank you.Greg May”

“I'm not a local and I've only been to Ed's once but I highly recommend them if you need body work done on your vehicle! In 2013, I was passing through Buffalo on I-90 and hit a deer. The front of my van and the right front quarter panel were pretty badly damaged. My family and I were on our way from Seattle to Wilmington, NC. We were on a pretty tight schedule. The officer that investigated the accident told us about Ed's and so we called there and they towed in our vehicle. Everyone from the tow truck driver to the office staff and the owner were extremely kind and helpful. Ed even picked me up from my motel and drove me to his shop. They managed to repair the damage far beyond anything I could have imagined and made the vehicle roadworthy for the 2,000 miles ahead. The fender had to be riveted back together since we didn't have time to wait on parts to be delivered, but it never even rattled, even at interstate speed! And they managed to complete the repair way ahead of schedule, allowing us to continue on our journey. I don't think I've ever been more impressed with the quality of work and the thoughtfulness of an auto repair shop in my 45 years of driving, especially to someone from out of town, who was just passing through and not likely to ever be back again. Thanks again!Service: Body & Trim”
