Honestly the man was very nice but he kept talking. It end up taking 3 hours for a simple return. The things he was talking about did not pertain to taxes at all.

You advertise refund advance loans up to $3,000 and when I got the text saying I was only getting $500 out of my $5077 tax return the agent said that's what everyone gets and he has never known anyone to get more than that. So I paid HR Block $300 so that I can get a $500 advance and the rest of my return at the end of February or March with everyone else who filed for free online. That is ridiculous. It took over an hour and the tax agent seemed to struggle with the online process. It was a waste of money and a huge disappointed. I filed with H&R Block for years and always got a quick refund or advance. I won't be filing with H&R again.
