Came from Pennsylvania on a hunting trip, lost my phone deep in the back country, went to buffalo, told them our situation and within a hour Sky had my new phone ready to go! Can’t thank the girls enough! Highly recommended!

They were very helpful, but I'm not thrilled with verizon. Hard to get help and phone they went couldn't be made to work. The place in buffalo went above and beyond however.

Alicia (sp?) was very helpful. She wasn’t sure she would be able to fix the problem with my account, but she spent an hour on their customer service line to make it happen. I’m very appreciative!

Go to Sheridan, DO NOT GO HERE. They were worse than useless. They were unprofessional with each other. They didn't just lack an understanding of the insurance process for a phone, they lied about getting a phone in the meantime. They tried to up-sell me on a new phone and began accepting documents on my behalf without any explanation. If I hadn't spoken with Verizon customer service on my own, I would have switched carriers.

This is not a 'Verizon' store. This is Russell Cellular. And if you open a Verizon phone line here, you will be charged a '$40 Setup for Success' fee ON TOP of Verizon's own line activation fee of $35. For a new line and being handed a SIM card to put in my phone that wasn't with me. That's getting close to triple digit dollar amounts just to open a phone line. Go to a corporate store folks and save yourself $40. And if you've been with Verizon for a couple years or more, call them after dealing with an actual Verizon store for a refund of that $35 activation fee. Unbelievable how they treat loyal customers.
Otherwise, the only rep there in the store had to call Verizon to get them to make a change to my account, which took way longer than it should have. Maybe a training issue here, but he was in earnest and was doing the best he could.
**Update 7/12/24: I called Russell Cellular headquarters and they said I should NOT have been charged the $40 'Setup for Success' fee since I did not bring in a phone in the first place for them to 'assist in configuring or migrating data' for that device. I was given a SIM card and NOT provided any service that would have warranted being charged for that. Getting a refund for this obviously, but bad on this store for bad training/practices.

Heather was an absolute hero for my family and I yesterday. She is patient, empathetic, and eager to help. She brought back a lot of faith in these larger corporations for me. While they often make us feel like numbers and lack the human element, Heather made me feel heard and respected while she resolved our issues. Can't thank her enough!

Dalton Jarvis is by the best customer service rep I’ve ever had to deal with especially since having to deal with phone sales people usually sucks. Thoroughly impressed by his communication skills and ability to create such a fun experience. 11/10 would work with him again
