Poor customer service skills. Several times I have called and the person on the other line is always rude. Never have a pleasant greeting and always acts as if I am inconvenience them. The attitude from the other side is unreal. No wonder everyone bad mouths the post office.

This post office is a joke. They loose mail and don't own it. They leave my mailbox open when delivering the mail letting it get wet from weather. They bent my daughter's college diploma which I had to pay $50 to get reprinted and they saw nothing wrong with folding a hard cardboard manila envelope.

Why is this our home post office. What a joke with these hours. You require us to pick up all of our packages but are an hour of driving and rarely open.
