Bailey's is my go-to for hardware, bug/weed spray, paint and stuff for home or the brewery. The staff always greet you when you walk in, and they know right where to find what you need. The ACE Rewards program is awesome, and it saves us a ton of money!

Went to return some stuff from the Laramie Ace. The guy seemed salty and said they couldnt return things from another location. When I looked the policy online, it said otherwise. No point having a brand recognition for the chain if this is the case but I'll just stick to Menard's from now and on and stay away from the place with the UNhelpful hardware folks 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Just went in looking for something. Older guy at counter was extremely rude. There was a younger kid at counter. I think he was in training. He was having trouble with a sale at the other counter. Old guy ripped paper out of his hand and was very rude with him as well. I walked out. I would be surprised if that kid shows up for work again. Don't embarrass new hires in front of customers. Totally out of line

Friendly service.
However, I was pretty disappointed.
I went in to get a key made, and after waiting, at least 10 minutes, I was told they didn't have the key available.

Just left from "trying" to get a key cut. The gentleman helping me at first was great. I tried the key that was cut, didn't work, which he tried again. Then here comes his coworker taking over and proceeds to go out to my car, trying the ignition key in the door without asking. It's like he didn't believe his coworker or me. Then here comes another coworker to interject his two cents. Horrible customer service
