Ordered a birthday cake online. Got the confirmation number and the pickup address. The guy at the bakery said the order was never received and he had no interest in trying to help us. Get your cakes somewhere else.

Carol the manager at customer service thinks I am a scammed and I buy everything in front of her and have receipts. She can kiss my derriere. The other employees on average suck there too.
