Was grabbing some chicken wings today for lunch with my son only to find little feathers cooked into everyone of them! Not to mention how dry they were I can only imagine how fresh they were. Starbucks was great!

We shop here often and usually don't any problems, however; this morning I went in specifically to pick up a sale item in the meat department. When I got there the sale item was not present in the department. Ask someone in the department about where thd sale item was. The young lady went into the back to see if any were any packages of the item in back. She came back and apologized as there were none and informed me that no one would be in for at least an hour and then it would take more time to get what i was looking for cut up. You would think that since it was a sale item and it is the first day of the sale and the store had just opened there would be packages ready to go. I guess i just have to high of expectations.

Came here for some Mountain Dew to add to my beer (It’s called a shandy in England). As I left, I saw a sick dog in the parking lot and the employees were just ignoring it! So I poured out a can near the puppy, and I tell you what: Mountain Dew saved that dogs life!

I called this morning about my daughter’s birthday and getting balloons aired up. I have taken them here plenty of times and they have always been nice. I’m not sure who I talked to today but they were very rude and uncaring. Telling me they couldnt air up balloons from Amazon when I’ve brought those same ones in before and they just let me know they can’t promise it will float. The lady was just rude and not very polite or understanding at all. Needless to say my business is brought elsewhere

This store is NOT accommodating to people with disabilities. They forcibly remove, ban and can the police on people with autism. Absolutely insensitive and abhorrent! Stay very far away from this place! Zero compassion!!!

i used to delight in visiting this particular albertson’s location. oh what glee i would feel as i pranced through the automatic doors. this was until one fateful day where i was approached by an autistic cowboy (who smelled good) dressed in all black riding a bicycle as i walked towards the store entrance. this fiendish goblin (or boglim as i like to call them) came to me and demanded i pay him a small fortune for his collection of spray painted twigs and dead mantises, and persistently referred to me as “toobs” throughout the encounter, even after i begged him to stop. i implore the owner of this location to ban this gothic dank man from his store and contact other store owners in casper wyoming to have him blacklisted from purchasing alcohol to prevent future incidents.ADDENDUM: it has come to my attention that the owner has in fact banned this vagrant bad boy from their store and had him shooed from the parking lot by local law enforcement. i am now able to sleep peacefully knowing i can now shop here in safety and unaccosted by alcoholic transgender men. i have changed my rating to 5 stars and i would like to personally thank the owner of this albertsons for keeping his customers and this community safe. We came to this Albertsons around 8 am Friday morning to buy fried chicken and other deli sides for a picnic. Even though they had nothing ready, the deli staff offered to cook up some chicken and they had it all ready for us in about 15 minutes! And it was delicious and perfectly cooked. I wish our local supermarket in CO was as clean, well stocked, and staffed by friendly workers as we found at this Albertsons!

The good smelling goth is harmless. Don’t believe the other reviews. It’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated.

The guy at the customer service desk named Bill was very rude. I bought an item a few days ago and no longer needed it anymore, and he told me I was unable to return it unless I had the physical receipt. I did, however, have the digital receipt, because who actually keeps paper receipts nowadays, in our generation. Bill also failed to provide me with the information for the call center after I had asked, for it so I went to the other side of Albertsons’ on the east side in Casper Wyoming, and was able to return my item highly do not recommend speaking to the supervisor as he is very unprofessional and utterly rude.

I just love Albertsons. The meat is better than Walmart by far.

I just find it conveniently located cuz it's on my way home from work. I think there's only been one time that they were actually out of what I was looking for but that wasn't a big deal. And the people that work there are nice , and always willing to help.

The stores seems very unorganized with things hard to find. The pharmacy seems ok besides the fact the workers appear to working at gun point.

Extremely unhelpful to disabled people. Came in today to get some groceries. Because my nerves have grown back from my back injury and I've yet to get treatment, I am temporarily unable to walk very far without excruciating pain.Albertsons absolutely did not have a motorised cart for me, and so I'm afraid I'll have to take my business elsewhere. If you're disabled or having issues, try another store, because Albertsons does not care about you or your ability to get groceries.
