I made a special trip to the Second Street Albertson's pharmacy for a pick-up. I was surprised to be turned away when I stepped into line as the only customer in that line at 1:31. Was rudely informed that it was lunchtime, and I'd have to come back in 30 minutes. There is no indication of a lunchtime closure on the website that I could find, nor anything in the store, and really, one person can't work it alone for 30 minutes? (There were two people working.) You can do better, Albertsons.

Unfortunately I went into pick up a feline prescription for my cat that I have done every month for the past six months and suddenly they could not find the prescription. The woman behind the counter seemed quite annoyed that she had to search for it on the computer. It was obvious she was not listening to me when I had to repeat everything several times. It was also obvious she really didn’t feel like helping me. So they’ve lost a customer and I’m having it sent to a different pharmacy

My friend and I came into Albertsons to order flowers for her parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration. We sat down and ordered with Brad who was absolutely fantastic and is not the cause of this negative review. He assured us that our order would arrive on time. The day before the event when we were supposed to pick up our flowers, I called in as I had not received a call as we had been told. Brad was not working and after being on hold, hung up on, and called back, we were advised that our flowers had not come in and the best we received was a simple “sorry”. After the tears and anger had subsided, we went a different direction with live flower plants from Home Depot and picked up bouquets from Ridley’s to be able to make the boutonnières and flower crowns. Fast forward to 10 mins. after the celebration began, I received a call from Brad asking if we no longer wanted the flowers we had ordered. I explained that they had looked for them and told us they weren’t there. He assured me that they were in fact there with our name on the flowers and he had left a note knowing he wouldn’t be available when we were supposed to picking them up. I believe Albertsons should really figure out a better way to handle special orders and their arrival. This woman I spoke with cause additional anxiety, frustration, and anger that were unnecessary if she had been more aware. Brad did apologize in a huge way and we are happy that we will get to see his smiling face and kind demeanor in Hobby Lobby as this incident was his last straw as well. Albertsons should be ashamed of themselves and will never receive our business again be it in the flower department or any other department.

Shame on you Albertsons! How disrespectful that you’re giving a discount to people that vaccinated. What does that say to us who don’t need to be vaccinated? We’re not valued as much?

I have been going to this particular pharmacy for several years, more like fifteen really, and today I had an experience here for the third time that really upset me so I am writing this in hopes that it will be addressed somehow.A family member of mine is on a strict pain management system, however, their pain doctor made a mistake like all humans do and wrote the script for less than normal on the amount. Once we were in contact with the doctor and all, the doc sent the script to correct the original in to compensate for the smaller amount of meds. After speaking with Albertsons staff at Osco pharmacy personally, they assured I could come and pick up the meds on the 24th. So I ask my family member to call ahead and be sure that everything is all right and no issues have cropped up. They answered no and that the script would be filled by 1 this afternoon. I got there at 3:30 after work and I was treated like someone drug seeking because I was there on my family's behalf to pick up the script. I explained the situation and what we were told but they were defensive, dismissive and altogether aggressive on the subject until someone else OVERHEARD the conversation and vouched for the authenticity for the reason I was there. I know this country is in an opioid crisis, however, that is no reason to treat someone who has been using this pharmacy for so long with no issues like a person that abuses narcotics of any kind. It was insulting, demeaning and so very rude that I will be changing pharmacies at the earliest opportunity for not only my single family member but my entire family.I hope Osco can resolve these issues, for I know much of the staff at Albertson's on 2nd street very well, however, I refuse to be treated like this when I was following their direction for retrieving the rest of the script after a human error. I truly hope they can correct this, as their staff is so friendly outside of the pharmacy though it will take a large step for me to ever return to use their pharmacy again unfortunately.

There are two great Albertsons here in the small town of Casper; this being the larger of the two sister stores. This store is complete with a full service Butcher Block, with ACTUAL BUTCHERS who can custom cut you just about anything off the farm you can imagine. A fully stocked liquor store up front is sure to have something to wet your whistle and help get you through these windy, freezing, Wyoming winter nights. Was also glad to see such great social distancing and safety measures in place offering a safe shopping experience for everyone who came in. The entire team up front delivers exceptional service while making you feel like a welcomed member of their small town community. But I also love the convenience of the self-checkout machines up front when I only need a few things and get in and out quick!

Never fill anything on time. They’ll say they’re ready and as soon as you get there it’s not even filled. Why even say it’s ready then??? We had to switch pharmacies because it was so horrible.

Albertsons has a TRASH bakery!!! 2nd year in a row (shame on me for giving them a 2nd chance!) that we’ve ordered a cake and it looks like a 6 year old did it. Not only does it have some weird sunset scene when we asked for and paid for Power Rangers but the girl at the bakery refused to do anything about it as she’s not the baker. So we just paid $40 for something I could have done 50 times better. Albertsons bakery is off my list!
