This pharmacy has been the only pharmacy my family...which has grown considerably in 47 years...has ever used. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Justin is so kind, professional. Maggie, the same. And so are all the others that serve the community from there. Thank you all.

Maggie was awesome. She went the extra mile to make sure I got my meds. Dealing with the VA can be difficult. She called them multiple times to inquire about my situation. I would recommend her to anybody needing assistance from the pharmacy. Excellent customer service, thank you so much you really saved me.

We stopped in to pick up some last minute breakfast food to cook for a friend's son's wedding. Found everything we needed, and the cashiers were very friendly. Prices were good too.

DO NOT pick up your prescription on your schedule! Your schedule be damned! The staff prefers that you don’t show up or bother them until you get a text message informing you that your prescription is ready. And no their system doesn’t always work, I’ve gotten texts the day after picking something up. Anyways, at Osco pharmacy you’re considered rude by showing up with a book and waiting patiently in the chairs which are there for people waiting. I agree that you should be able to pick up your prescription when you are able to on the day your supposed to, and that most places would appreciate someone who understands there might be a wait, someone who waits patiently, and doesn’t hover over them asking “how much longer?”. Nope, at osco pharmacy the only good customer is one they don’t have to see. So do the right thing and go elsewhere as not to bother the staff.Despite my selfish and shameful actions of patiently waiting, they’ve always filled my prescription without issues.

really friendly staff. it's shameful how the corporate is forcing their staff to continue to wear masks. especially at this point, the masks are only causing net negatives as people are forced to recycle what the body means to expel. one staff person did well to compromise by wearing a face shield but corporate forced this one to start wearing a mask as they require a doctor's note to stop wearing a mask. this individual honestly has a condition where wearing a mask aggravates this condition. this employees options are endure difficult breathing conditions or find another job after being a long time loyal employee. corporate is certainly out of touch and shouldn't force their employees to placate the demands of those who want people to wear masks. it's honestly a matter of preference at this point.

The individuals who work in the pharmacy West Casperare great and very patient. I highly recommend them. I ended up having to change my script, 3 different times after they were already filled and Maggie was extremely patient with me and Never appeared frustrated.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. Not only do they have lower prices then anywhere I have looked, but they also look through all available discount cards are applied. There has been many times that a discount card had better price than my insurance offered. On top of that they are very nice and professional.
