Usually my experiences in these stores are terrible, but this was the best service experience ever. Dakota was the most helpful, knowledgeable and considerate of any ATT encounter I've ever had. Really awesome experience!

My husband was manipulated into adding an additional line to our account when he came into store to replace a broken phone. In addition, was told he had free data to which he could add to any line on the plan. This was later found to be not true and the additional line was not necessary! We had to remove it all and stay over!

I can't remember the girls name I know she's in college. She is the absolute best was very helpful and she had a fun attitude that makes you want to return.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Both the manager Caitlyn and my representative Payton did an outstanding job. They answered all my questions, help me with my set up and were the most polite and friendly AT&T employees I’ve ever worked with. They even called me immediately when I forget my accessory in the store. I highly recommend this store and their General Manager is lucky to have them as employees. Very Professional and should get a raise!

Have had my phone for about 4 months now. We bought screen protector, cases and all the protection. My case has broke and the screen protector is starting to peel away so I came in to get these taken care of. The gal that helped me said that they don't take care of the warranty there at the store and that we have to contact the manufacturer. I explained that we haven't had this that long. She had the nerve to say "Well I wasn't here when you bought it so I can't help you' I was absolutely astonished. Poor service for the people who work for me would mean termination. The heavy set gal with tattoos all over her body . So disappointed!

I was really impressed. The staff there were super helpful and friendly. They made the whole process of finding the right phone and plan really easy. Plus, the store layout was great, everything was organized and easy to find. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be going back for any future telecom needs. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. It has taken not just me, but another store 2 weeks to fix the mess they have done here. From adding and charging me for extra lines, ordering me a phone that never shipped, not helping figure stuff out to just lying to make a sale, this place sucked. The other store I went to could not believe the things they saw on my account, and how things were not getting handled. I have NOTHING good to say about the west side AT&T store.
